weJUDGE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of weJUDGE. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. What weJUDGE is
weJUDGE is an entertainment and community discussion app built around public opinion, public-figure profiles, battles, rankings, events, comments, and other user participation features.
weJUDGE is provided for entertainment, commentary, and community use. It does not provide factual guarantees, legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice of any kind.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you use to create your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts for abuse, spam, or evasion.
- We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety, moderation, or legal risk.
3. User content and conduct
You are responsible for any content you post, submit, upload, or otherwise make available in weJUDGE, including comments, replies, profile content, event submissions, debate posts, and reports.

- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abusive conduct
- content that invades privacy or violates another person’s rights
- spam, manipulation, coordinated abuse, or platform gaming
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights
- malicious code, exploit attempts, scraping abuse, or unauthorized automation
4. License you grant to us
You retain ownership of content you create, but by submitting content to weJUDGE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and moderate the app.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, limit, downrank, report, or preserve content or accounts when we believe it is necessary for safety, moderation, compliance, abuse prevention, legal requests, or the protection of users, the app, or third parties.
We are not obligated to allow, keep, or restore any specific content, score, badge, reputation result, ranking, or account status.
6. Rankings, scores, and user opinions
Votes, verdicts, rankings, fandom scores, reputation, and other visible metrics in weJUDGE reflect platform activity and user interaction, not objective truth or verified fact.
We do not endorse user opinions, comments, verdicts, or rankings. You use the app and interpret its content at your own discretion and risk.
7. Third-party content and rights
Some content in the app may reference or display public figures, source material, media, third-party services, or other third-party information. All third-party names, brands, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Purchases, subscriptions, and ads
Some app features may later include subscriptions, in-app purchases, supporter plans, cosmetic upgrades, or advertising. If and when offered, those purchases will also be subject to the terms of the applicable app store platform.
We may change, add, remove, or discontinue monetized features, pricing, benefits, or availability to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
weJUDGE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of user content, or that the app will meet every expectation or purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of weJUDGE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to weJUDGE will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the app or related services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or if continued access is no longer feasible or appropriate.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
